Jennifer Haynes Rose graduated from law school in 1994 and began her legal career as a law clerk to the Honorable Malcolm J. Howard in the United States District Court for the Eastern District of North Carolina. Following her tenure as a federal law clerk, Ms. Rose joined a small-town law firm in Apex, North Carolina, where she became a partner. She later established her own practice, founding the Law Office of Jennifer Haynes Rose.

Born in Greensboro, North Carolina, Ms. Rose is a lifelong Carolinian. She earned her Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill. After graduation, she attended Campbell University School of Law, where she obtained her Juris Doctor in 1994.

Today, Ms. Rose concentrates her practice in residential and commercial real estate transactions. She routinely represents buyers and sellers in navigating transactions of all sizes. In addition, she works with a wide range of clients, including regional and national banks, home builders, contractors, and subcontractors, managing the closing of complex loan transactions.

Ms. Rose resides in the Raleigh/Cary area, where she enjoys playing pickleball, cooking, and spending time with her husband and three children.
